The last two days we have been trying to do some nice speedflying. Yesterday was the best day with sunny conditions and great snow, but unfortunately too many people in the skiareas so it took a long time in the gondolas. Today we tried to go out early to avoid the crowds of people. The day started nice but during the 20 min. car ride to the skiareas a cloudcover came in and made the visibility bad. It was also windy and strange conditions so we stopped after a few runs. I had planned on trying some of the Ozone speedflying wings (I actually have one from another company…) but that have to be on another day with better conditions.

Tomorrow starts the first ever Swiss Speedflying Championships SM 09. I will not participate as there is also a Swiss League paragliding competition this weekend which I have to do.
