Lovely post Brad, my experience in Pakistan is the same. I have never been to a nation where I have regularly been treated so well. And to think the political worries are just one of the significant issues this nation experiences. The very geography is threatening as John Silvester's recent post illustrates, not to mention the huge earthquake of a few years ago.

Corny 80's saying but "keep spreading the love" Brad. People need to know how generous the people with least can often be.

Brad,

these are some of the most amazing photos I have ever seen of Rakaposhi! Congratulations on your amazing trip. Please, I would like to know how far down the snow line was in May and how the weather was in general. I may also have some general flight-related questions. I would appreciate to hear from you!

I am very thankful to you for sharing these pictures and your travelogues (lucky you) with us and promoting a positive image of Pakistan. I'd definitely ask more of my friends to follow you.

hey Brad ! your pics and blogs keep me alive in a four walls prison of my office and I keep dreaming that someday I will be flying like you. Wish you all the best. Please also post some pics of Shimshal valley as I always wanted to be there but never been there.

Wish you all the best and good luck.

Blue skies and happy landings:)
