Getting out from the challenging Minas Gerais, Teresopolis, 1000m high, is the door for entering the mythic Rio de Janeiro.

Senegal
15 days paddling slowly throughout the “petite cote” of Senegal, till the village of Keur Koly, Pointe Serene. I meet there all a little comunity almost non french speaking, who welcome me warmly.
